I'm not sure I can agree that "Chinese junk" is the manufacturers' fault -- Walmart almost put Rubbermade out of business trying to force them to lower their price to the point the company wouldn't have made a profit; when they refused, their shelf space was reduced and their products ended up …

So we invade Iraq to stop him? By that logic, then why are we not invading Sudan to stop the genocide in Darfur. Because Bush didn't want to that's why. However, he did want to invade Iraq. The only question I have is what excuse he would have used if we had not been attached on 9/11.

You feel that President Obama is forcing people to pay for something they think is morally & ethically repugnant. I feel bad that you feel that way. But quite a few millions of us feel just the opposite, and that it was foolish for Bush to ban these research efforts.

He's being treated a little "too" fairly -- it's been common knowledge in Illinois for years that he was being investigated for corruption / selling jobs / pay to play, etc.
